TIMBER HARVEST PLAN
Claybourn Walters Company representatives have prepared numerous Timber Harvest Plans for small parcels AND large tracts of timber.  Rest assured, we understand the great financial and environmental values involved.  We are also well versed in the complex, constantly changing rules, laws, regulations, and the variety of agencies involved. 

Claybourn Walters's representatives will obtain parcel maps and identify neighbors and downstream parcels.  We will also contact all agencies involved regarding wildlife, archaeology, environmental or any activity that could affect your Timber Harvest Plan. 

Our field work includes marking boundaries, identifying water courses, determining site productivity and identifying erosion hazards as well as laying out roads and marking timber.

Your THP will include maps, description of your property, types of activities that will be carried out, an assessment of the cumulative effects, reforestation plans and all supporting documents. 

We will also list the quantity and quality of the timber to be sold and any limitations of the timber sale.  We will estimate the amount of roads and culverts necessary and any other considerations that affect the bid.
